Hi,

I’m Susan and I live in Glenborrodale, a wild and remote place in the Western Highlands of Scotland.

My long-standing passion is helping others reach their full potential through holistic health and wellness.

I love teaching Qigong to my friends and neighbours, especially in this stunningly pristine and peaceful corner, where the pace is slow and relaxed.

Here people still have time to stop and greet each other personally, not just on social media.
