Yoga. That's my latest endeavor. Before that, it was Celtic knotting or decorative furniture stenciling or counted cross stitch. In previous incarnations, I've had a blast figuring out innovative teacher preparation programs with NCATE and NCDPI or learning the intricacies of the charge-discharge cycle and AC-DC current with ABT. Teaching is teaching and learning is learning, and it's all the most fun I can ever have.
You see, the truth is, I actually buy into this life-long learning thing. I can't imagine not asking questions, pondering conundrums, playing devil's advocate, and experimenting with the unknown. And I revel in helping others to do the same. In the Simon Sinek school of Start With Why, my why is, "why not?"
I am fond of saying that I am never bored or boring. Others might refer to me as being rather zany, slightly irreverent, a bit boisterous, or generally rambunctious, and certainly I am passionate to a fault.

"What can I say? I'm a teacher. I'm a teacher!"
