I'm a southern girl, born in the deep south of New Orleans, moved to San Antonio to go to college and decided to stick around.

In the early mornings, you will find me on my yoga mat at Betty's yoga. During the day, I'm with my kids, all 29 of them, at the Lutheran High School.

In the evenings you will find me working from one of the many cafes in downtown SanAntonio, where I'll be working as an academic writer for this cool assignment writing startup, helping college kids with their boring homework.

Once it is dark around, you won't see me at all. That's because I'll be at one of the many secret underground parties that happen in the city. What underground parties, you ask? The first rule of underground parties is that you don't talk about them. I guess, I just broke that rule.

On a serious note, I'm also an education researcher, who plans on bringing the revolution to our education sector. Just kidding. I do think there are many things that we can do to improve how we educate our children in this country.
