Susan Zaslav

Susan is a proven Human Resources and Business Executive with over 20 years of experience in developing and delivering strategies that produce tangible business results, including organizational effectiveness, productivity, and strategic planning as well as HR operational transactions. She serves as a subject matter expert and internal consultant to senior leadership. Susan is extremely successful in building and leading effective teams, and providing innovative ideas to improve employee engagement, retention and productivity to promote operational efficiency and organizational development goals.

Susan has consulted for major hospitals, health care organizations, physicians, universities, architectural and engineering firms, legal offices, insurance companies, manufacturing entities, financial services firms and telecom/internet firms such as UCSF, San Francisco General Hospital, Marin General Hospital, Doctors Medical Center, Insight Health Corp/MacNeal Hospital, Concentra Preferred Systems Inc., Littler Mendelson, The Nolan Group, and Fee Munson & Ebert.

Susan holds a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Health Administration from Kennedy Western University. Susan currently sits on the Board for Marin Professional Women's Network and is a member of the Circle of Referral Excellence.
