Susan Kwok Annoura is a native of Houston, TX and is most familiar with the Clear Lake area. She specializes in helping international clients buy, sell, and lease property. Susan is fluent in Japanese and Mandarin Chinese. After graduating from Baylor University with a BA Business degree and certification in Asian Studies, she moved to Fukuoka, Japan and lived there for 14 years. There, she obtained her Masters in Education from Temple University Japan and worked for 9 years as a radio personality on Love FM 76.1. In 2007, Susan moved back to Houston with her husband and 2 boys, Joe and Ty. She immediately obtained her real estate license and began her life work of helping international families relocate to Houston. After two years working at a big brokerage, Susan got her broker's license and decided it was time to open Annoura Realty Group LLC. Fast forward five years and here she is today! Annoura Realty Group now has four agents in addition to Susan, plus one executive assistant. Susan lives in Clear Lake City, the place where she grew up, together with her husband Koh of 20 years (who is also a licensed realtor) and their three boys (yes, they had one more son in 2012- Zachary).
