My Culinary journey started from as early as I can remember & during my world travels. Upon giving up my career within a publishing house, I moved to Copenhagen a culinary haven. Windows of opportunity opened enabling me to take my culinary skills to a new level. I have had the good fortune of learning my skills with Michelin star chefs. Adding to this portfolio I have trained with other chefs in Thai, Italian, and French. Furthermore I have studied an array of gourmet literature. I also formed a food group where I organised sumptuous themed cooking evenings. Since being back in the UK I have built a very successful catering company and we have catered for the likes of Bill Clinton, Kate Middleton, Margaret Thatcher, Michael Parkinson & the list goes on. We provide canapés for launch parties and top end design showrooms in London. I have organised wine & food pairings for House & Garden magazine, taught corporate & private cooking schools for team building as well as private event catering.
