I am an accomplished professional in Customer Service and Telecommunications Management with over 20 years experience, ten of which were with an NYSE-traded, $1 billion dollar, global organization. I have BA and MBA degrees in Communication and Technology Management.

On a personal note, I grew up on Long Island, NY and Montreal, Canada but have lived in Southern California for over 22 years. I met my husband in SoCal, who, coincidentally, is also from New York. We have two children, 3 hairless cats, and we enjoy the beautiful weather and the beaches of San Diego.
