Hi! I’m Suzana and I am Portuguese. With a postgraduate degree in Psychology and in Hypnotherapy, since 2017 I have been studying to be a Certified European Psychotherapist. In 2020 I was internationally acknowledged as an HeartMath® Certified Clinical Practitioner, and in 2023 as a Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath® Certified Practitioner.

Professionally, and for almost 15 years, I have been working as a Humanistic and Experiential Therapist, engaged to keep the flame of Loving-Kindness, Deep Active Listening, and True Heart-Based Presence alive at my practice.

I am deeply passionate about humanistic, experiential and integrative approaches in my work, keeping a holistic view from the human being and a person-centred eyesight.

I continue to broaden and deepen my growth and understanding through additional and continuous international training in areas like Focusing, Non-Violent Communication, Mindfulness and Self-Compassion since 2016, followed by Stress, Grief and Trauma areas since 2018 until now.

Energetic work and the humanistic, psychological and transpersonal Astrology also follow along with me as an interest, making part of my life since my early twenties. Additionally, I enjoy reading, doing crafts and bricolage. I am passionate about cats and love to dance as well.
