:~The Butterfly Effect~:
a change in something seemingly innocuous, a flap of a butterfly's wings may cause a larger change in the future such as a tornado!

It amazes me how small inconsequential moments can tip ones world upside down, inside out and have ripple effects (the Butterfly effect) which catapults us, sometimes unwilling, to a new pond, but without all of my life experiences I would not have the wonderful people in my life who surround me at this present time.

My name is Susan Boland and I am an IT consultant, a Mother, a Grandmother and a lover of all things colourful... including life.

I am adventurous, passionate, extremely happy and, an individual. My clothes and hair colour may change with my mood (sometimes twice a day) & I like to stand out in a crowd and be noticed (not that I would walk into a public place naked!)

I am a social butterfly (opposed to a barfly) and I am confident in most social scenes (biker parties excluded)

I enjoy talking with real (interesting) people who have additional communicative capabilities and a broader spectrum other than to talk *only* about themselves or the ex (unless they have climbed Mt Everest with Sir Edmund or observed the 100 views of Mt Fuji)

I love to make people laugh (even if it's at my expense) and endeavor to make others feel good about themselves (even if it's at my expense) I love to laugh and I laugh at myself a great deal.

I believe that every human being should receive at LEAST six hugs every day of their life, whether it is from cat, dog or human!

I love the simple things in life, to see the first flowers [sneeze, sniff] of spring, a butterfly flutter by or the sound of the first blowfly of the season (you KNOW that SUMMER is on it's way!) and the smell of ozone just before it rains sends a warm and fuzzy sensation right through me! (or that may just be the negative ions in the air ~ or the satisfaction of killing that first blowfly of the season which I have just squished)

I LOVE life, the Universe and everything! (except perhaps blowflies, Oh, and spiders, hmmn... maybe snakes too!)

I believe that life is not measured by the amount of breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away (except for poisonous gasses of course) & the value of life lies not in the length of days but in the use we make of them....
