Susan Gibson-Grafe now lives in Mansfield, Texas with her husband, John Grafe, and two dogs and one cat, Walter II. When she’s not writing, she’s busy making designer jewelry. Susan has a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and was a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. She has her private pilot’s license, but is no longer flying much to the relief of her family and those in the surrounding area. She’s been a member of Mensa for almost 40 years, but is always concerned that they are going to demand a retest, especially after one of her “Mensa moments”. She has one son, Rhodes, who lives in Austin, Texas, and four step-daughters who live in Texas, Colorado and California. Three granddaughters live right down the street in Mansfield.
