Susan Hanley is an award-winning Realtor, real estate broker, author of Swimming For the Light coming out at the end of the year, speaker and coach/mentor. She belongs to the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors. Her articles have been published at Keller Williams Realty, the sales and marketing counsel of new homes sales, and has been featured in the Californian and North County Times in Southern California. With a Toast Master’s background, her speaking engagements include the California building industry Sales and Marketing Counsel, Keller Williams Realty and also in her Church. Ms. Hanley has managed, mentored and coached over 150 sales people in different capacities including creating leaders in the industry and has been hired to be a secret shopper for many clients. Bringing 30 years of experience, Ms. Hanley is a recipient of several building industry awards, $23,800,000 sales in one year selling between mid-high $100,000’s homes, SWCAR for the top 3% while building her career in the resale market, a Finalist in the Laurel awards and first place winner awarded by Toastmasters International for new speaker.
