BCBA Intern with 14 years experience in the field of Special Education, Moderate to Severe working with severally developmentally disabled students in public education K-12, or typical developing students who exhibit challenging behaviors. Create positive behavior interventions and support plans, train and assist in facilitating allowing the functional component to be present for not only the students individual needs, but the public education staff and/or in home family needs as well. Looking to collaborate with others in the field of ABA and/or Behavior Specialists in and out of public education. I train educators in the field of ASD, Behavior Management as well as components of ASD coverin varying diagnosis. I am interested in possibly sharing training information on ASD, differentiating instruction, behavior supports and intervention strategies which are ABA directive, although remain functional in a public education setting. I have many years experience implementing clinical ABA therapies with logical and functional modifications in varied public education settings and home environments.
