Born on Long Island, New York. Moved to Tucson, AZ courtesy of the United States Air Force. Served four years then became the first woman detective at the Pima County Attorney's Office. Founder the the 88-CRIME, CrimeStoppers Program. In 1990 went to work for Northwestern Mutual life for 9 years. Started personal practice under, Moore Financial Strategies. A+ Rated with the Tucson Better Business Bureau. Married to Frank L Vault IV. One daughter and three grandchildren. Member of Rotary Club of Tucson. Board member, Tucson Better Business Bureau.
