Susan Davenport Mosley

Susan Mosley, an Atlanta native, is a global business leader with extensive experience in business operations, strategic planning and program management. Susan is currently a Group Vice President for SunTrust Bank, currently leading financial crimes initiatives. She has over twenty years of business experience in the technology industry. Susan has a proven record of accomplishment leading and motivating teams. She is known for rapidly winning team respect and trust, while developing solid long-term relationships and partnerships. Her ability to produce strong business results has landed her high recognition. She was recognized by SunTrust Bank with a Performance Excellence Award in 2016 and twice with a Most Valuable Player award at Hewlett-Packard for outstanding performance. Her professional career includes many years of organizational leadership experience in a global business environment. Susan’s career has allowed her to travel to many countries across the world.

Susan has been often recognized for her leadership skills because of her determination to promote and develop careers for people with diverse career goals. With a keen sense of intuitiveness, Susan has led others on a path of success as a professional and life coach. She has served at Kennesaw State University’s Coles School of Business as a Teaming Coach for executive MBA students. Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Mercer University, a Masters level certificate in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, and she attained her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at Mercer University in 2014 where she was recognized as the top student in her Cohort.

Susan has a strong passion and a personal commitment to serving others. Susan mentors and volunteers her time to help people who are facing life challenges and transitions. Her commitment to the community has been exemplified by her years of service as a member of the Board of Trustees at Ivy Preparatory Academy Charter School. Susan also serves as a Purpose Ambassador for SunTrust Bank, promoting the bank’s financial fitness movement.

Her most significant personal achievements have been making a difference in the lives of others. Susan and her husband, Tracey, have a blended family of five girls and an adult son. They reside in Lithia Springs.
