I am an artist. Defining just what that is a little tricky because it can mean different things on different days. Do I have an MFA? Check. Do I create? Check. In fact, I quit my day job to pursue what I love to do which is paint, write and love on my family.

I have developed a series of encaustic workshops-Let's Get Waxed- and teach out of my home studio as well as book workshops with interested organizations.

Opportunities seldom come along twice so when a good one comes along I like to take a deep breath and say yes.
