My interests in emerging infectious diseases and indigenous peoples have brought to me to amazing parts of the world to conduct fascinating work. I am currently pursuing a doctorate from Cornell University combining international nutrition, epidemiology, and infectious disease research. Following training, I plan to chase down emerging pathogens and conduct outbreak investigations in remote corners of the world.
My hobbies include travel, surfing, photography, and cooking.
