I worked in advertising and film, when I discovered my passion for healing. Myself first. I studied Integrative Body Psychotherapy with Jack Lee Rosenberg, while I worked as a freelancer in the movie industry. To dive even deeper into the body-mind-connection I learned Osteopathy for five years.
In 2008 I developed STORYdynamics®, a five step coaching and training process. It's holistic Storytelling for more confidence and enjoyable Self-marketing.
I published my first book 'Selbstmarketing für Schüchterne' in 2014 and contributed to the book 'Mein HSP-Coach: Hochsensibel leben'.
I combine my skills for engaged women and men, who want to turn mind-body tension and blockages into relaxed and radiant health and success.
