Susanne May

I am the founder and CEO of MayCoach & Company, and have been passionate about promoting entrepreneurship, innovation and transformational change in leadership for decades. I founded MayCoach & Company in 2007 with the goal of teaching and sharing the method behind rewiring enterprises around the world for the better.

I have over 20 years of experience in senior positions and leadership roles in organizational transformations in the automotive, financial services and consulting industry. In addition to my native country Germany, I have lived in Spain, South Africa, Columbia, Nepal and Burkina Faso. I am fluent in German, English and Spanish and have good conversational command of French.
