Author of many magazine and journal articles. Lecturer on canine nutrition and pet wellness. I am a Canine Nutritional consultant.

I have been happily married 40 years to Scott, a retired Nuclear Engineering consultant. We have 3 children, our oldest is retired army, our middle child is past VP Corp Exec and currently raising kids and thriving in the real estate market. Our son is an attorney and working on his masters in law currently.

We have 4 incredible grandchildren, 10,15, 17 and 18..

I have lived all over the world, including , happily Cape Town , SA. A incredibly beautiful place.

I am a stained glass artist, have created and sold many oil paintings and I work with crystals for healing and energy. I am Reiki certified.
