I am a healthcare industry expert working for a leading experience management company (Qualtrics), former Deloitte strategy & operations consultant, and occasional freelance designer currently living in southern New Hampshire.

A bit more detail about me:

I am a senior healthcare industry leader with over 17 years of professional experience spanning enterprise-wide program strategy, governance, operating model design, process improvement, and change management. I was one of the early leaders of the Qualtrics healthcare business, helping to drive significant growth in the 3 years I've been at Qualtrics. My impacts include leading strategic engagements for top healthcare & life sciences customers to set their XM vision, roadmaps, and business cases; development of key industry perspectives and content; and I was instrumental in leading Qualtrics’ first healthcare acquisition in 2021, which unlocked critical healthcare services capabilities to better serve customers. I am most recently responsible for payors & international healthcare strategy and managing cross-functional coordination to execute on our strategies.

Prior to Qualtrics, I was a senior manager in Deloitte Consulting’s healthcare practice. In addition to leading transformation programs, I led MBA recruiting at Cornell University and executive communications for the healthcare practice.

I have an MBA from Cornell University and BS in Finance & Information Systems from California State University Los Angeles.

On a personal front, I am married and have a stepchild and 3 dogs. Learning is my favorite hobby so I have been able to gain a number of skills from painting to gardening by learning on my own.
