I am happily married with 2 grown children and 6 beautiful grandchildren. My background is Dental Hygiene but currently a Certified Health Coach with several online programs to help people optimize their nutrition and refresh their health all the way down to your bones. I enjoy running, hot yoga and am a Master Gardener. Being in the garden is my happy place. I am passionate about keeping disease away naturally through eating a high raw foods and greens diet and the use of essential oils to replace our medicine cabinet and many of the toxic chemicals we use in cleaning products and on our skin.
