I practice at The Clifton Practice Bristol and Therapy Health & Beauty Clinic, Yate, South Glos. I am Course Coordinator, Supervisor and Trainer at the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training School and a Trustee of The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH).

I am passionate about helping people to look forward to a positive future by making the changes that they want to make in their lives. When the right environment is created we can recognise our own natural resources and abilities, enabling us to bring out the very best of ourselves.
