I am an Organizer Coach and Consultant focused on helping my clients create order and make space in their lives for joy.

I believe that everyone deserves to live with passion and purpose and I love collaborating with my clients to create strategies that support and nurture those desires.

My skills as an Organizer Coach are a natural outgrowth of my work as a professional organizer, psychotherapist, business executive and entrepreneur. I understand the challenges of today’s fast-paced world, and work with you to design and maintain the kind of spaciousness that brings you ease and allows you to live with less stress and more joy.

In addition to advanced training in both Organizer and Life Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, and Grief and Bereavement Support, I have Specialist Certificates in Chronic Disorganization and ADD/ADHD from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization.

A graduate of Wellesley College, Simmons College (MBA, MSW), and the Coach Approach for Organizers, I am a member of the ADHD Coaches Organization, the National Association of Professional Organizers where I am Vice-President elect of the New England Chapter, the National Association of Social Workers and the Institute for Challenging Disorganization.

I specialize in working with the overwhelmed and overstressed, the chronically disorganized, people with ADD/ADHD and all those who long for a more spacious life.
