I am a Mediator, Human Resources Consultant and Change Manager living in Sydney, Australia.

My passion is to create human businesses that allow us to show up authentically and bring our unique skill set to the table to grow the business and have fun while we are doing it.

Why do I work in mediation? Because I deeply care about creating a safe space to reconnect when communication has broken down to meet each other with respect and stay truthful to ourselves to develop a sustainable outcome for all parties involved.

My interests range from yoga to travelling and coffee. I am also interested in healthy food, nutrition, innovation,technology and education. To live courageously is so much easier with a healthy body and mind to be the best version of ourselves.
