Sushain Pandit
Technologist, Inventor, and Author in Austin, Texas
I'm a technologist with concept-to-market and technical leadership experience, inventor with several patents and author with refereed publications in data, artificial intelligence, counter fraud and related areas. I helped build and scale several data and analytics products at IBM, in turn, getting promoted thrice in a short span. As a grad student, I designed a new algorithm for semantic information extraction and built an open-source system that was used across 50+ countries. In 2012, I was inducted as the youngest Master Inventor in the history of IBM {ISU, Forbes}.
Currently, I work as an architect in IBM's Watson and Cloud org, helping with data on-boarding and platform engineering for delivery of data-science based insights and training cognitive systems. Before this, I worked as chief engineer for a Counter Fraud solution. Prior to that, I contributed to several shipped products {RDM, MDM, BPD}, Artificial Intelligence research, small/medium sized tech companies and startups.
I tweet on topics related to the data ecosystem and dabble in photography. Feel free to connect!
