Susan Heineman - Currently working with the Durham Catholic District School Board in the roll of Application Support. Susan has spent more than fourteen years with the DCDSB supporting staff members in all aspects of their computer use. Strong communication skills, documentation writing and outgoing personality have made Susan a leader in her field.
