I love the process of connecting industry and candidate data, emerging technology, and candidate behavior insight to streamline and improve the overall hiring process. For years, I have studied the behavioral elements of what motivates people to work, look for new job opportunities, or to change careers. It is this deep understanding of candidate behaviors and underlaying motivators that enables me to better understand how the candidate fits into the recruitment process and how to engage with them throughout the hiring journey.

In my daily life, I wear many hats – a behavior analyst, smart sourcer, business owner, and author in the recruitment industry. My passion, however, is to share my experiences, skills, and knowledge with others through writing. My writings are always well-researched to ensure I provide the most up-to-date, accurate, informative, and thought-provoking content possible.
