I spent all my secondary and high school life studying food sciences and home management. Then I got my Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, Food and Nutrition in 2010. I has been a dependable support for me in planning special foods for patients, processing locals fruits into fresh juices for friends, and my family. I loves anything that has to do with food. Baking was my favorite kitchen routine, since high school, and I love everything nutrition. My years of studying what enters, stays and leaves the kitchen has earned me enough experience, that she felt compelled to share her ideas to a wider community. My slogan have always fallen along these lines “You are what you eat”, “if you don’t eat food like your medicine, you will soon start taking medicine as your food”. That second one was in march 2022. The starting was a success thanks to the advice and the encouragement from my longest time dearest Friend and Husband Erique. I have been a science teacher in the High school, and currently, I operate a modern restaurant, serving fast food and making outdoor catering. I am Good English, average French and Struggling with German! Cheers :)
