Susie is a devoted wife, mother of three, grandmother, published author of her memoir, The Dream Lived, a former professional cheerleader, and a recent anal cancer survivor. Susie has over 25 years’ experience as an executive assistant in the Software Industry working most her career in the Bay Area and in recent years, she spends most her time in Northeast, GA working for FICO.
Susie captured the attention of many on a national level dancing as a professional cheerleader in the NFL during the 2011-2012 season for the Oakland Raiders as a Raiderette. Susie later went on to write and publish her, memoir, The Dream Lived. The Dream Lived is a true, inspirational story that demonstrates hope, determination and the magic of knowing what life is like when you live your dreams. The Dream Lived is an example and a reality that all dreams are attainable.
In March of 2021, Susie was diagnosed with anal cancer caused by the HPV virus. As a cancer survivor, she's passionate and finds it imperative to share her story to the world. She wants to provide awareness, education and knowledge regarding anal cancer, HPV and the HPV vaccine to as many as she can. Protecting future generations from this deadly virus with the HPV vaccine is a must. Sadly, this vaccine wasn't developed or around when Susie was growing up.
From Living The Dream to Cancer Survivor - there's been many pivotal moments of glory, setbacks, accomplishments and realities that Susie has faced, experienced and dealt with throughout her life.
