Hi, I'm a married mother of four children, live in Northern Ireland and love writing poetry. Slightly mad, but then aren't we all? I somehow, somewhere thought it would be a great idea to start up a mental health support group in my local area called 'Mental Health Matters - you matter!'. We aren't professionals but most of us can honestly say we how you feel because we've been through similar experiences. I myself have suffered depression for years so I know how important it is to hear someone else say 'you're not alone!'
