Susan Evitts

When I was very young I watched every movie I could whether it was on TV or at the cinema. Bette Davis was one of my favourite actresses. I spent my teens in England (and for a time had an accent) and when I returned to Toronto did some modelling, actors workshops and singing lessons (whilst earning a living as a secretary). Marriage and children (fabulous children) sidetracked me. I did do some costumes for local theatre and my children had the best dress up room in town as well as music and dance lessons. They are grown now; my two boys are in film and music and my daughter is studying ecology. Time for me to explore what I left behind. This time I'm doing it with less trepidation , more confidence and the ability to see past the glitz. Recently I've been working as a script supervisor, wardrobe person, props, locations, BG casting and more in an Indie feature film and also doing some extra work in TV, film, a music video and taking workshops. I'm interested in whatever the Universe sends. Open and thrilled to be able to continue learning.
