We chose to live in the Jacksonville area because it encompasses BEST of Florida, Beaches, Rivers Lakes, Culture, Great Football and Events all year round! The median home price according to NEFAR 2015 annual report was $170,000 so its still very affordable! Its a big city that does not know its a big city! A small town feel but with all the benefits of a large metropolitan area.

Jacksonville area consists of 3 counties. Duval, Clay, St Johns and some would consider Nassau county part of this too! Jacksonville the largest city in area in the USA.
