Paula McIntosh

An Environmental Health Science major in my senior year of postsecondary education. It is amazing how much is taken for granted in our lives. The major vital signs of our existence; water, air, soil, vegetation, food consumption should be at the forefront of protection. There are harmful toxins in everything that we come in contact with for maintenance of daily human needs. It is so important to learn how these factors came into play and how to assist in prevention and make the environment a better place to live. Future plans are to expand my knowledge base and attend graduate school focusing on sustainability and toxicology. This field is so broad and very much needed to assist the ecological and evolutionary blueprint that which was left by our ancestors and what we will leave.
