We can offer services for Passivhaus, renewable energy, BREEAM and Code for Sustainable homes standards. We also offer energy assessment service including SAP and PHPP modelling. Our consultants can advise on cost efficient solutions for your energy systems, including Feasibility Studies with payback periods for renewable energy, Energy and Sustainability Sta tements for planning applications, and PHPP modelling for Passivhaus projects.Each home is designed using the latest CAD timber frame software, and is fully engineered under factory conditions. The timber frame kits are flat packed onto low loader trailers, and are erected by crane in a few short days. Our specialists provide an ultra-energy efficient Scandinavian style 'passive slab' using the latest techniques for low energy foundations. This approach massively reduces construction times, saving our clients' money, and our system achieves industry beating u-values. Our team also provides airtightness services at first fix to achieve a Passivhaus air test as standard. Once your frame is complete we can also offer a range of energy solutions including integral PV and solar thermal along with MVHR and heat pump systems.
