Hi! I'm Susy. I have been working in the coaching space for over 10 years. My varied background has led me to have an allround approach to health, which includes our individual and ever-changing experience of the world. Every person is a whole world and what they believe and tell themselves shapes the reality of that world. We all have times and areas of our lives where we can get stuck, and I love to be able to help as a guide and facilitator to arrive at the strategies for working through these sticky areas.

Our bodies are the vessels and the only place we have to truly call home. Our minds tell us what we believe is possible and how we feel about ourselves. Our relationship with ourselves, therefore, is the foundation of our relationship with all other beings and things that we interact with. This is why I like to take an integrated approach in my work to help arrive at the best solutions for each individual that I work with.

Our physical and mental health are inextricably linked, and wellness stems from an intentional and committed practice to generous and authentic self care, but also a firm but compassionate determination to reparent our less helpful patterns.

You can do anything, but not everything. When we say yes to something, we by necessity say no to something else, and the inability to accept this usually leaves us grasping for everything and not really obtaining anything. Strategy, therefore, is about how we tell our story back to ourselves, and about what we choose to say no to in order to obtain what we want the most.

I believe that we are a product of our choices, and I help clients develop the skill of making challenging choices and trusting in those decisions that are made.
