Suzana is currently working as the Head of Investor Relations and Partnerships at Edbridg with an aim to make funding accessible to students pursuing higher education and skill-building programs through Income Sharing Agreements.

Previously, she worked with Wedu in Bangkok in charge of three portfolios over time: Funding in Education, Marketing and Communications and Community Engagement since March 2019. She has served as the Chief Operating Officer at Rising Youth Foundation based in India, spreading awareness about Sustainable Development Goals in schools and colleges. Prior to that, she worked with the Yunus Center at AIT, a centre of collaboration between Nobel Laureate Professor Mohammed Yunus and the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand.

She has organized several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related international conferences over the years while working under Urban Youth Academy in partnership with UNDP Thailand, Youth Co:Lab and Hanyang University, and hopes to contribute more towards the achievement of the SDGs with a focus on gender equality and quality education.

Suzana hails from Bangladesh and has graduated from Asian University for Women with a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, and a minor in Development Studies. She completed her first MA in Development Studies at BRAC University and is currently pursuing a second MA in Gender and Development at the Institute of Development Studies in partnership with the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom.
