I love creating solutions to real world problems. I am fascinated by the applications possible with tiny, intelligent, low-power electronics. Currently, I work with a team creating such devices to solve problems in the home space. I gave a talk about this on the Peggy Smedley Show in 2015. I am one of the WoM2M winners.

I am customer-focused and believe in using a data-informed strategy to drive decisions.

I am a paid and published author and write articles on technology, education and sailing.

I support the education of children. I also give introductory classes on electronics, microcontrollers and programming to kids using Squishy Circuits, LilyPad Arduino, Raspberry PI etc.

I love sailing in the Puget Sound and the Caribbean.
