Born and raised in California's Central Valley, I attended California State University Fresno. There I majored in Mass Communications and Journalism with the emphasis of Broadcast. I have always been interested in journalism, from a very young age, writing for for the local newspaper in my hometown as a high school student and getting together with friends to launch a journalism club and newspaper at the community college I attended. Along with journalism I have a deep passion for the performing arts. I have been acting in Theatre since the age of 4, I started in Church plays, and I joined drama clubs in school. I have done a few independent films in Fresno. I also dance, I began Interpretive Dance in Church. I have been dancing since the age of 12, I have been choreographing since the age of 13 and I have been teaching Dance since about the age of 14.
