I am a legal consultant currently living in Nolensville, Tennessee, just outside of Nashville.
Most of my working life has been spent in the legal industry. I am not a lawyer and I don't play one on TV!
What I am is a 30+ year observer of the industry from both the law firm side and the client side. I have managed and advised firms of 1 to 30 attorneys. And, I have advised general counsel and risk managers on how to manage their outside counsel legal costs.
Collaboration with each other is the key to success for both. My role is to be a change agent in the client-attorney relationship to produce the best outcomes.
