Suzanne Kreuzberger Palumbo

I Grew up in New Jersey until I was ten years old. One of seven kids (#6) in the house, I was half tom boy half dancing queen. Our family moved to California in ’75, that’s where I fell in love with the ocean. I love to run on the beach and swim with the dolphins. Studied health and nutrition in college but my passion was to travel the world. Moved to Sweden and traveled all through Europe backpacking and learning the language when I started to train at a local gym, I decided that I wanted to be a trainer. Id turn on some Prince, put on my tube socks and reeboks and started teaching Aerobics. I wanted to help others that were stuck in a rut, that were overweight, obese and unhappy. It was at that point that I found my calling. To inspire those that needed help, So I decided to become a trainer. But not just your typical trainer. More of a life coach, motivator, an INSPIRER an empowerment advocate and a fitness trainer. I took a gig at the famous WORLD GYM and before I could blink I was teaching everything from Weight training to running the spin classes and cross fit . I started training athletes, celebrities, soccer moms and professional ball players. ANYONE that could keep up with me. I got certified in Pilates and personal training and have been working on a line of fitness products and developed a nutritional program that has helped hundreds. Sometimes I feel like forrest gump as I feel like I never stop running, whether its triathlons, marathons or BOOTCAMPS, coaching track with my two kids or just running my house, - im a machine just call me KREUZER.
