At the early 1980s I startet my yogacareer. Family and friends thought I had become a sect member of some sort. It was not very common to do yoga then.

2006 I went to a kundliniyogaclass and fell in love, I was home!

I am an international certified kundaliniyoga and meditation teacher, medical yogateacher and yogatherapist.

I´m the founder of mindfulnessyoga.nu and I hold classes, pregnancy yoga, I do private sessions, workshops, kick-off, retreats.

I live in Stockholm with my husband and two children.
