At this time in my life, I am enjoying what I've helped build. 2 beautifully successful babies building their lives, a new GrandBoy-the next generation to enjoy and a wonderful genuis of a husband on the brink of fullfilling his dream of being a Gold Miner. Which will help with our future plans of being able to enjoy more family time and travel. I just started in a new career field that's been on hold for 20 years. I am now in an IT position. I am learning new things daily and I go have fun instead of going to work. This will eventually allow me to work remotely and even more opportunities to enjoy family.
After watching the kids get thru college and trying to find what I want to do when I grow up, so to speak. I found what I want to do. My family. I still work on my crafts, really should do an online store instead of waiting for the right time to take them to the flea market or a festival.
I enjoy the water immensely! So much we finally bought a boat and at the same time realized more people would rent them if available vs purchase one. There sparked the Motor-Boatin LLC idea and now, that's a reality. We have Pontoons and Jet Skis. The most rewarding part of it is when the people return in the afternoon with sun on their faces and a huge smile after a great day. My love of the water, lead to their enjoyment. Certainly hoping this hobby sticks!
We do travel a great deal and to wonderful exciting places. All with resorts that we never stay in. The local hole in the wall grills or off the beaten path hotels or B&Bs are the best. Australia, Mexico, Canada, Jamaica. We have seen things the tourists wouldn't even hear about and learned a great deal more about countries from a native's view and made friends. Not Facebook friends, real friends that touch base to say Hello and check in on us. Real every day people. Trying to speak their language and definitly enjoying the real food of that country!
Even though I'm still rather young, I am able to see the fruits of my labor and loving every moment. Hoping to continue to make so many memories that while sitting on the porch telling stories to my Grandbabies, I never repeat or run out.
