I Started Shelton Group as The Write Stuff in 1991 at the ripe old age of 23. Today we're the nation's leading marketing communications firm entirely focused in the sustainability and energy efficiency space. We poll Americans on a quarterly basis and track their shifting attitudes, motivators, obstacles and propensities around energy-efficient and green product purchases and behavior changes. We use those insights to help some of the nation's most progressive companies define and leverage their sustainability and energy efficiency stories to gain a market advantage.

My work for the firm includes setting vision, leading the development of coalition campaigns (bringing multiple brands together to create behavior change around sustainability), leading new product and service development, and identifying and hiring excellent talent (on staff and under contract).
