Suzanne Taylor
Meet Suzanne
I was born in Germany of military personal and moved around my entire childhood. When my father retired, my parents chose to make Corpus Christi our home. I love living in Corpus Christi. I am the mother of four children and know the importance of a house that the family can turn into a home. I have been married for more years than I have not been married and consider my spouse my closest friend.
In my spare time I enjoy working in the yard and on my fish ponds. I was the 61st (and first woman) president of the Corpus Christi Jaycees in 1989 and am a Jaycee Senator and Ambassador and continue live by the Jaycee credo "service to humanity is the best work of life". I am a lifetime member of Texas Lions Camp and served on the board of Camp Fire USA for over five years. I am currently serving on both the Lost Pet Hotline and Dobie Haven Board of Directors and am a member of the Coastal Bend Bays Foundation.
My Philosophy
In my experience as a Corpus Christi real estate professional, I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to my client's needs. My "client first" philosophy requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business as a Corpus Christi Realtor.
My Real Estate Career
I have been involved in property management in Corpus Christi for over twenty years and am now working in the residential property field with both buyers and sellers. I have both the Short Sales and Foreclosure Certification (SFR) and the Accredited Buyer's Representative certification (ABR). I am currently working on my Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS) certification. I enjoy learning and continually strive to gain additional knowledge that allows me to give my clients the very best representation possible.
