It all began with a smile and a "Thank you Suzanne".

21:30, December 19 2003.

2 teenagers looking at each other desperately.

There's a feast on the table - spicy fried chicken, fried plantains, Jollof rice, fruit juices and more; enough to feed the whole city. The lights are deemed and the DJ is playing the latest hits; yet no one to eat or dance. Just my cousin and I.

Did I make a mistake on the invitation card or did people just decided not to show up? The card said "starts at 18:00 til dawn". 21:30 and still no guests.

My guests finally showed up at 23:00. The party finished at dawn. One of my friend said: Thank you Suzanne. This is the best party ever! In that moment, I felt overwhelmed and I also had the time of my life.

Little did I know at 15 years that I just discovered my passion.

For 12 years now, I have sprinkled my flamboyant personality in the hospitality industry. More than job titles and positions, I enjoy finding unique ways of bringing delight and unexpected pleasure to others.
