Elsewhere in Time: Certified Kirpalu Yoga Instructor, pHD (self taught) in Yoga Traditions, Mindfullness Certification from The Cambridge Institude for Meditation and Psychotherapy (My Harvard degree). Currently have published a Childrens' book called, The Pressed Ant to help children who are suffering with depression. The Pressed Ant also has a manual to assist Clinicians with treatment approaches.
