Suzie Dault is the founder and CEO of Dental Specialties Institute, Inc., established in 2000. She has over three decades of experience in the dental field, holding certifications as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Assistant (OMSAA). Suzie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Career and Technical Studies with Dean's honors from California State University
Under her leadership, Dental Specialties Institute has received several accolades, including the San Jose Business Hall of Fame award for seven consecutive years and the Best of San Jose Award from 2009 to 2018. The institute is approved by the Dental Board of California and the Dental Assisting National Board, Inc., as a provider of continuing education, and holds an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
Suzie is also a member of various professional organizations, such as the American Dental Assistants Association (ADAA), California Dental Association (CDA), and the California Association of Dental Assisting Teachers (CADAT), where she has held multiple leadership positions.
