I've been hearing this my whole life and for 40 years, I've been afraid to do it. So, I'm doing it.

Hi there. I'm a happily married mother of two. I have a 15- year-old son and a 12-year-old daughter and have spent the last 15 years as a stay-at-home mom trying to navigate them through the suburbs. I love that job. I am a full-time Communications major at Cal Lutheran University with a specialization in sports communication.

I have a passion for positive sports parenting and character education. I love sports. All sports. I just can't stand much of the negativity that surrounds sports. I'm annoyingly outspoken about it.

I also love to travel and read. I look forward to every family vacation and much of this blog will be dedicated to those trips. I indulge myself in Reality TV and I'm not ashamed to admit it. I'm a movie buff. As a former Children's Talent Agent, if it's not acted well, it's not worth watching. I love Fantasy and all things Disney. I will do everything I can to throw a Disney reference into much of my writing.

Blogging is a whole new world for me. (See what I did there?) I'm excited about the journey and to really show you What I see.
