I’m very lucky to have spent my life cooking around the World, mostly the UK and Caribbean but other great places too. I’ve learnt so much and am eager to pass on all the interesting, useful and downright quirky recipes, ideas and food related info I have collected.

Returning to the UK I was amazed and irritated at the blatant food waste so started my blog; "Sudden Lunch! ~ spontaneous eating from store cupboard and leftovers" to show that there is an alternative to throwing food away. Sudden Lunch! recently received the unusual accolade of being No, 11 in Cision's Top 10 UK Food Bloggers List!

This led to my first book "The Leftovers Handbook" listing 450+ potential leftovers with creative ideas for them.
Since then I have written a series of ebooks covering different aspects of cooking. Three (so far) are part of a series of books on “Key Recipes” each giving one key recipe with numerous ways to use it plus lots of useful extra info to inspired to create their own delicious meals.
