Suzy Bravo's journey as a front woman/lead vocalist has taken her to impressive heights in sound soaked metal, punk, and blues. Her intense stage antics and high energy performances are a force to be reckoned with yet she can still bring you down to your knees while belting out some soul.
2001-2005 Bravo joined San Antonio band ROCKET 350, a band heavily influenced by the Detroit's 60's Stooges and MC5 soul/punk rock music scene. With the recruit of new band members deep into the heavy blues rock sound of the 70's like Deep Purple and Blue Cheer, the band eventually changed its name to SUZY BRAVO, released "The Bitch of The Blues" demo, and rocked Texas stages with bands such as The Bell Rays, Zen Guerilla, Dixie Witch, Sourvein, High On Fire, and Nebula as well as billed as supporting act for the Motorhead, Dio, and Iron Maiden tour in 2003.
2005-2006 Bravo formed HAMMERED, a band driven the punk/rock sounds of Rose Tattoo, Motorhead, and The Dead Boys. The band wrote, recorded, self produced "Six Pack Demo".
2006-CURRENT Bravo and veteran San Antonio soul musicians formed what S.A. media called "supergroup", SUZY BRAVO & THE SOUL REVUE, a soul/funk/blues group that gave her the stage to fine tune her chops singing tunes from Etta James and Tina Turner to James Brown and Otis Redding. The Soul Revue still perform shows to this day by popular demand.
2012-2014 Bravo returned to her metal roots by joining heavy rock/psych/doom band, HOGBITCH, whose common denominator was an avid love of H.P. Lovecraft, sci-fi, horror, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Wishbone Ash, Blue Oyster Cult, and Hawkwind. The band immediately recorded and released a full length "Self Titled" debut LP/CD, released three music videos, performed non-stop regionally as well as two U.S. national tours.
Although, Suzy Bravo still occasionally performs with The Soul Revue, she is looking for the next venture to fulfill her love of travelling the world and belting out some serious tunes. She is ready to run with a new pack of wolves...
